# Fairing - How do I link my account?

## Overview

To authenticate with Fairing, you will need:

1. **Secret Token** - A key that grants Nango permission to interact with Fairing's APIs resources and services.

This guide will walk you through finding your **Secret Token**.

### Prerequisites:

* You must have a Fairing account.

### Instructions:

#### Step 1: Finding Your Secret Token

1. Login to your Fairing account.
2. Go to **Settings** > **API Credentials**.
3. Click the reveal icon to reveal your **Secret Token**.

* At the time of writing this guide, Fairing's API is still in beta. If you don't see the **API Keys** section in your account page, please reach out to the team.

#### Step 2: Enter credentials in the Connect UI

Once you have your Secret Token:

1. Open the form where you need to authenticate with Fairing.
2. Enter your **Secret Token** in its designated field.
3. Submit the form, and you should be successfully authenticated.
